Has anybody else seen the creepy stick figures in River Soar near the city centre?

Figures have been appearing in the Leicester river over the last few months. It started with just odd structures in the water, then more figure like, now they are turning up with faces and hair!

I posted about them on Reddit and someone thought it was me doing a publicity stunt 😂
