This week’s children’s session is all about imagination and improvisation.

Using silly scenarios and quick-thinking games as well as saying “yes!” to new ideas we'll be exploring what happens when we on't know what comes next!

We’ll be aiming to build confidence by letting go of “getting it right” and just having fun.

Expect laughter. Lots of it.

This week at Acting Up Adults session, we will explore non-verbal storytelling.

Gentle movement, body awareness and creating connections without words!

A chance to step out of your head and into your body — no experience needed.

This is an informal, low pressure group with the aim to socialise, laugh and do a little drama along the way.

What if you didn’t need words at all?

This Wednesday, Acting Up children’s session is all about movement and storytelling without speaking.

We’ll be trying to tell stories with our bodies rather than our voices. Creating freeze frames and characters as well as,
Playing games that build confidence without words.

For children who love to move, imagine and express themselves in different ways, do you know anyone like that?

There is no right or wrong here — just creative exploration!
