One of Ripley Live's most popular events is back on Jun 20th.

Join us for an evening of great music from the Eugene Farrar Band, featuring jazz, blues and classic songs, all in the relaxed surroundings of Ripley Town Hall.

“One of the best bands ever to perform at Jazz in the Spa” was the verdict last night!
Sarah Spencer’s Transatlantic Jazz Band went down a storm with our audience. The musicianship was second to none and not only a real treat for the trad.jazz purists but also a good night’s entertainment all round.
We’re taking a break next week but back on the 27th June with incredible vocalist Kate Peters with Derrick Harris, John Marley, Martin Longhawn, Jon Taylor and Paul Smith…hopefully see you then! 🎶🎶🎶

We have a last minute change of programme as Georgina Jackson, who was originally billed, has unfortunately been taken ill. We send her our very best wishes and hope to reschedule her show soon.

In Georgina's place we have been lucky enough to secure the talents of brilliant guitarist and vocalist Gary Gillyett who will front the Paul Smith quartet.
​
Gary, who together with his velvet voice and quick wit, is guaranteed to give us a cracking show. He performs a wide variety of styles including rock'n'roll, country, jazz and pop so expect an eclectic mix.
Gary is a seasoned pro. and has worked with many "celebrities" over the years such as Bradley Walsh, Jimmy Tarbuck and our old friend Snake Davis.

The Paul Smith quartet is an all-star line-up featuring Paul on drums with Jon Taylor on reeds, Andy Chollerton on piano and José Canha on bass.
