The Wardrobe, Leeds City Centre I am an Indian Scottish dancer and creative mental health practitioner. I support people in improving their physical and mental wellbeing through the use of dance and movement. I trained in Classical and Latin Dance in 2015 and went on to tour Europe as a Tango performance artist. I now teach

group salsa classes at Yorkshire Dance on Mondays 5.15-6.15pm as well as one-to-one private tuition. I also deliver programmes in communities to vulnerable people of all ages, abilities and mobilities, using dance to promote long-term positive change in mental and physical health and grow self-esteem through curiosity and creativity in movement.
