Hi everyone,
I hope you r all having a fantastic bank holiday weekend! I wanted to inform you that as per June I wont be doing The Yoga Space Monday classes anymore.

But I'll be doing Zumba classes on Tuesdays 6.30-7.30 @ Swarthmore http://www.swarthmore.org.uk/ please visit their site for more info or just message me.

Hi lovely people, I'm so excited because I'm doing the Zumba Toning training next week!!!its done with weights and its meant to be good for definition, the core & toning of course...looking forward to you guys trying... see u after the Easter Break, BIG Hugs ###
