A formidable force in British politics, Barbara Castle is a woman who knows how to get things done. She's just brought in the UK breathalyser test and the first of the seatbelt laws. Fierce, determined and never one to back down from a challenge, she's about to find herself right in the middle of the fight for equal pay!

🎩 Harold Wilson played by Phil Jowett
The Prime Minister has plenty on his plate, but the Dagenham girls' fight for equal pay is about to demand his attention! A politician who knows how to play the game, Harold must navigate the growing dispute and the never-ending pressures of government.

Thank you to everyone who came last night. Three more performances to go and here are more members of our brilliant cast.

✨ Connie Riley played by Sally Holmes
A lifelong Labour woman and a passionate believer in fairness, Connie has spent years fighting for the women of the factory. Tired of battling a system that never seems to listen, she may be weary, but her principles remain as strong as ever. Quietly compassionate and fiercely protective of the younger machinists, Connie knows when it's time to pass the baton.

📋 Monty played by Richard Goodall
The well-meaning NUVB shop steward at Ford, Monty finds himself caught between the union bosses and the women he's supposed to represent. A man who'd rather avoid a confrontation than rock the boat, he's initially reluctant to take a stand. But with the girls fighting for equal pay and his long-standing feelings for Connie still lingering, could it finally be time for Monty stand up and fight?

💋 Sandra Beaumont played by Katie Binns
Glamorous, confident and never one to miss an opportunity to turn a few heads; Sandra is the factory's resident beauty queen. With big dreams, plenty of sass and an eye for the finer things in life; Sandra believes there's more to life than working on the factory floor.

💪 Beryl played by Lindsay Leng
Loud, outspoken and highly interested in everyone else’s love lives; Beryl is never short of an opinion or a rude word! She's always on the lookout for gossip and is not afraid to say what other people won’t.

✈️ Cass played by Abbie Lloyd
Cass has one big ambition in life and believe it or not, it doesn't involve sweating in a run down factory and sewing seat covers! Her dream? To become an airline pilot by the time she is 35! Although that milestone may be closer than she would like you to think, she's certainly not giving up on that dream just yet.

💕 Clare played by Jeni Riordan
Sweet, hard-working and occasionally (more often than not) lost for words, Clare always has something to say… even if she can't remember what it is. Whether it's “whatsit”, "wossname”, “summink” or “fing”, Clare always brings the sunshine to any room she walks into.

👠 Rita O’Grady played by Katie Mitchell
The fearless, feisty and determined leader of the fight for equal pay. A woman who isn't afraid to stand up, speak out and take on the establishment! Loving wife and mother of two.

🏍️ Eddie O’Grady played by James Sidgwick
Rita's devoted husband. A family man who loves his wife (and his motorbike), even if he sometimes struggles to keep up with her determination to change the world.

⚽️ Graham O’Grady played by Toby Roberts
Between dealing with a teacher who believes in corporal punishment and trying to fit in at his expensive public school as a "scholarship kid”, Graham’s got plenty on his plate. But he's not about to let that get him down! Hobbies include: football and finding creative ways to annoy his little sister.

🌸 Sharon O’Grady played by Amelia Massie
Don't let the pink wardrobe fool you! Sharon has big ambitions and isn't afraid to dream big. Despite being told that "women are nurses", she's determined to become a doctor. She's also a savvy little businesswoman, happily doing her brother's homework... for a price! 💰
