👕 Bring a spare top and a towel if needed

Check out this lovely, flowing move. ✨

On the surface, it looks beautifully simple, but there’s actually quite a lot going on. Leads, you’re using the follow’s elbow to guide the rotation, then disconnecting briefly as you switch sides, so there’s plenty to think about in both the lead and the timing.

As we get into the warmer months, remember dancers get hot and sweaty. Wear deodorant, bring a fresh top and change if you need to, bring a small towel, stay fresh, your dance partners will thank you for it!
