One more week to catch the final instalment of the ‘Faces and Threads’ project. This show brings together 6months of community activity and places it alongside the ceramic work of Parham Ghalamdar and paintings of Lone Sorensen.

The show looks at issues around Climate Change and several other not entirely unrelated issues that emerged over the course of the project.

And so, to the end of a fantastic 6month period for me as both BasementArtsProject and as an artist working with this group of students from University Centre Leeds BA (hons) Art.

This exhibition marks the culmination of their time as undergraduates before they move onto the next stage of their lives as artists.

To all involved I wish you the very best.
