We will be bringing the sunrise with us, with purpose made projection and graceful preparation from our string orchestra, you just bring yourself to this accessible and exciting collaboration

Our free showing on Sunday will be relaxed so it’s fine to get up and move about if you need or bring people who might like to join in if they get excited ✨🎼

Choir in rehearsal on Thursday. Not long now until our concert

What a fantastic rehearsal it was! The music is coming together beautifully, and we can’t wait to share it with you. Please come along and support us by booking your tickets.

'Sunrise Mass' by Ola Gjeilo is nearly ready to be unveiled, with three performances coming up very soon.

This contemporary choral work will be performed by Leeds Philharmonic Chorus alongside Leeds Conservatoire Strings, accompanied by a specially created live film by students from the Northern Film School. All performances take place in the stunning oval space of Brodrick Hall at Leeds City Museum.

It was a great pleasure welcoming Alexander Kyle to direct last nights rehearsal! 🎼🎤

He is Chorus Master of the Ilkley and Otley choir alongside associate director of Huddersfield Choral Society 🎶

We’d like to say a big thank you for stepping in instead of Joe and for your ideas bringing sections of Sunrise Mass to life - “This bit is a bit like a Disney movie but with scary nuns singing it”🎬🎹

What a wonderful concert at the Minster on Thursday! We are so grateful to be part of this annual celebration welcoming the new Lord Mayor of Leeds and it was a joy to perform alongside Rothwell Temperance Band. Thank you to everyone who came along friends, family, and members of our community and to those who helped make this carol service possible. A special thank you to all who donated to this year’s Lord Mayor’s charity Mencap.
