Its been a while
An interesting day in Manchester......
Took a drive up to Manchester earlier today knowing full well I would return with photographs worth sharing. With the state of the nation and the vast divide of people, a Britian First march would certainly draw some attention of the far left. I got myself in the middle of the madness to see what I could capture from today's events. I had conversations with lots of people from both sides and discovered first hand that the Left are an angry bunch. No reasonable conversation could be had with some of these people. When I asked one to give me a definition of fascism, he/she/ whatever, pointed at the march and screamed "THEM" at me, then proceeded to hurl abuse at myself and other people with camera gear,....which was nice, never did answer my question either. The left seemed to be there to cause a problem, running round the city to evade police and try and push through to the Britain First crowd.
Anyway, from the neutral ground in the middle of everything occurring, manged to get some interesting images and learnt alot today. You see it on the mainstream media, you see it on social media, but seeing it first hand was eye opening. The Right crowd seemed to be open to conversation, to give personal opinions on things if you spoke with them, though very loud, for the most part, peaceful. The left however is very different, mostly masked up and lots of anger issues. As far as I'm aware 3 arrests have been made, 2 for the left side and 1 unknown.
