The VivaVox Choir are proud to be supporting Andys Man Club as our chosen charity for 2026 👌

The benefits of singing in a group for mental and physical health are very well researched and documented, and this is why we feel Andy’s Man Club – a charity dedicated to supporting men’s mental health, fits so well with us.

We are planning a special charity concert in June this year. Please keep an eye on our socials for further announcements. We hope you are able to support us, and of course if you are interested in taking part in the concert, please get in touch - New members are always welcome at VivaVox

‼️TONIGHT’S REHEARSAL CANCELLED‼️

Sadly our Musical Director is down with a chest infection 😷. We have reluctantly had to make the decision to CANCEL tonight’s choir rehearsal.

We will be back next week 7.00pm at Great Preston Hall.

One of the things I absolutely adore about our choir! While our musical directors are off enjoying a well earned break after an incredibly busy Christmas period, the choir have taken it upon themselves to organise a social night out ahead of our first rehearsal next week.

Joining a choir is not just about the singing : it’s the friendships, the camaraderie, the laughs, the conversations over a cup of tea or around a diner table.

Obviously the music we make together is the central point, and if you would like to be a part of this special group, we are holding a NEW MEMBERS NIGHT next Friday 16th January.

🎵SINGERS! 🎤 SECRET SINGERS! 🎵WANNA BE SINGERS!!

The VivaVox Choir is busy making plans for 2026, and we are delighted to be able to open our doors to new members.

Ever considered joining a choir, but not sure where to start, or have been fearful to take that first step? The VivaVox Choir could be the perfect place for you! We are a fun, friendly and welcoming choir with around 40 singers.

There is no audition process, no previous experience required, no need to read music and no monthly fees - just a love of music and a willingness to give it a go.

New members are welcome anytime at VivaVox, but we are holding a special NEW MEMBERS NIGHT on FRIDAY 16TH JANUARY - An evening DEDICATED to welcoming potential new members. This will also be the first rehearsal of the year, making it the IDEAL TIME to join as everyone will be starting afresh together

The VivaVox Choir are a vibrant, friendly community choir led by husband and wife team, David & Marie Collins, highly experienced vocal coaches and musical directors. Together they create bespoke, easy to learn arrangements written exclusively for this choir.

Our repertoire is a collection of feel good favourites from the world of pop, musical theatre and film.

Your first session is FREE and after that it’s just £7.00 per rehearsal on a pay as you come basis. No term fees, no hidden costs.

Christmas has officially begun for VivaVox 🎶🎄. Despite storm Claudia, the people of Great Preston came out in their droves for the Christmas lights switch on. We had to make a few adjustments to the plans due to the rain, but a great night and lovely to see the hall so full. Big Thankyou to the parish council for having us back, it’s always so lovely to be involved in events in the village we rehearse in.

As we were performing on our official 12th
Birthday, we had cake and celebrations last week 🎂 Our 12th team photo.

We are so proud of our lovely VivaVox choir, still going strong after 12 years and filled with gorgeous, warm and kind people.

Preparations are well underway now for our Christmas bookings. You can see us next at Great Preston Christmas Lights switch on - 14th November at Great Preston Village Hall

HAPPY 12TH BIRTHDAY TO US 🎂🥳🎶🎵

Our team photo this year is a little different as we shared our special evening with the Melodia choir in a joint concert in Rothwell.

Such a wonderful night filled with fabulous music, gorgeous harmonies and lots of love and support.

It was so lovely to hear Melodia sing and the two choirs singing together was very special.

A huge Thankyou to everyone who came along and supported us. It’s the first time we have done a joint concert with another choir and hopefully won’t be the last.
