Could you be Buddy?

Due to a change in circumstances, we are recasting the role of Buddy. The old librarian, Buddy is a hippy who has studied the sacred texts. He’s a comic role, and acts as a foil to Galileo and Scaramouche towards the end of the show.

What a rockshop! 🤘🎸

Today our cast got the chance to work with the incredible David Michael Johnson (DMJ). He has insane credits to his name- everything from ‘Singin’ In The Rain’ and ‘Porgy and Bess’ on Broadway, to ‘Jesus Christ Superstar’ and ‘Starlight Express’ around the world. However- DMJ is a true bohemian at heart! Having performed in several different productions of ‘We Will Rock You’ in multiple countries, and having worked super closely with Ben Elton, Brian May and the whole Queen team, he was able to give our cast invaluable insights into their characters and the production. We’ve sung, danced, acted, belly laughed, and cried!

We are so grateful to DMJ for providing such a wonderful, nurturing experience for both our cast and production team! We promise we’ll wave like champs 😉
