This week we have ‘Tense’ and ‘FWAMP!’ in the building 🎉

Tues - Wed: Tense is an exploration of male friendships, and what happens when you let life get in the way of what is important. This is the first production of the young company Something Goes Right, formed as part of the PLATFORM, a youth theatre initiative run by SHRTheatre, in collaboration with Stage@Leeds, Ray Productions and Reeka Studios.

Thurs - Fri: A ride worth taking! After a 5-star debut, FWAMP! Theatre Company is thrilled to present their hilarious original musical comedy that will send you on a rollercoaster of love, loss and being a constant disappointment to your parents.

This playful new performance, inspired by Jeanette Winterson’s The PowerBook, invites audiences into the act of storytelling to ask how we love, how we connect and how we author our own stories.

‘Why Be Happy?’ will be showing in Alec Clegg Studio also between the 21st and 22nd of May (2:00pm, 4:00pm [21st], 2:00pm, [22nd]). Featuring the work of 18 students, this devised ensemble piece explores how women love, lose, and write themselves into being.
