We are a young and enthusiastic dance school offering classes in Ballet, Tap, Modern Jazz, Theatre Craft and Acrobatics. We run regular workshops with industry professionals and school holiday intensives. Our Principal Mrs Shona Stringer is a Licenciate of the International Dance Teachers Association and continues her education within the association to ensure all our classes are taught to the highest possible standards.

TECHNICAL WEDNESDAYS!

Pump up your training with our classes designed specifically to improve the technical aspects of dance training or introduce a solid dance foundation for older students looking to add dance to their skill set.

Each class lasts one hour and costs £6. If taken together both classes are £10.

We’re shaking things up… and we’re SO excited! 🤸‍♀️💫

Our Acro classes are changing to give our dancers even more opportunities to learn, progress and achieve! 💪✨

Here’s what’s coming:

🤸‍♀️ ONE TIMESLOT
All our Acro dancers together, creating one amazing ZEST Acro community!

👯‍♀️ TWO GROUPS
Dancers will be split into groups based on ability and experience, allowing us to work at the right level for every dancer.

👩‍🏫 TWO TEACHERS
More individual attention, more support and more opportunities to develop those skills safely and confidently.

⭐ GUEST TEACHERS
We’ll be welcoming specialist guest teachers to bring fresh ideas, new skills and different expertise into our classes.

📚 MORE SYLLABUS WORK
We’re putting even more focus on structured Acro syllabus training, giving dancers clear goals to work towards and celebrate.

This isn’t just about learning tricks… it’s about strength, flexibility, technique, confidence and progression. 💪✨
