NEW FUNDAMENTALS COURSES JUST RELEASED!
All the deets below ⬇️

🗓️ When:
- Tuesdays 8:20PM 15th September - 20th October
- Wednesdays 7:10PM 16th September - 21st October
- Thursdays 6:00PM 17th September - 22nd October

💳 Price:
£60pp which includes 6 classes over 6 weeks (you attend the same day and time every week).

‼️ OFFER ALERT‼️ Bring a friend for half price! That works out as £45 each (£90 in total).

👀 What’s involved:
Each class is 1hr long. You will learn all the basics of pole, such as beginner static spins, different ways to grip the pole, basic lifts and how to climb the pole, introduction to spin pole, as well as, introduction to combos and choreo!

This course will give you all the skills you need to continue your pole journey into our Improvers class. Absolutely no previous fitness experience required, we have adaptations for all levels!
