Absolutely no fitness or dance experience required. All humans welcome 😃

- Saturday 2nd May 1:30-2:30PM

💳 Price:
The cost of the session is just £10 which is redeemable against the cost of our 6 week Fundamentals course if you choose to continue your journey with us!

- Tuesdays 8:20PM from 12th May
- Wednesdays 6:00PM from 13th May
- Thursdays 8:20PM from 14th May

💳 Price:
£60pp which includes 6 classes over 6 weeks (you attend the same day and time every week).

‼️ OFFER ALERT‼️ Bring a friend for half price! That works out as £45 each (£90 in total).

👀 What’s involved:
Each class is 1hr long. You will learn all the basics of pole, such as beginner static spins, different ways to grip the pole, basic lifts and how to climb the pole, introduction to spin pole, as well as, introduction to combos and choreo!

This course will give you all the skills you need to continue your pole journey into our Improvers class. Absolutely no previous fitness experience required, we have adaptations for all levels!

Heels Technique is dedicated to breaking down common tricks and transitions featured in heels choreo class!

Whether you’re new to heels or have been attending choreo class regularly, this class gives you the dedicated time to build on your foundations so you can perform all those delicious tricks in a sequence more seamlessly 😍

🗓️ When:
Mondays at 8:20PM starting from 12th January

⭐️ Prerequisites:
You must have completed the Fundamentals course to join this class.

January is a very busy time at the studio - book your pass now to secure a spot in your favourite classes before the new year rush!

All passes purchased during the closing period (21st Dec - 1st Jan) can be manually extended to the end of January 😍

If you had your December pass extended due to the closing period meaning your pass runs out early January, no stress! We can extend your January early bird pass to cover a calendar month from when your December pass expires 😃

Once you’ve bought your pass, DM us so we can extend it for you ❤️
