✨ Slide the legs down to lower the hips
✨ Let the hips move out away from the pole
✨ Aim to get the spine parallel to the pole
✨ Once the position is right, the leg feels much lighter to release

Most people try to force the leg off. Instead, organise the body so the leg no longer needs to work so hard.
