🩰Mondays 10am Silver Swans Ballet - designed for the over 50's but all ages welcome.

🩰Tuesday 6pm Beginners Ballet - all adults welcome.

For those with experience, we offer an Improvers Ballet Class on Thursday evenings 8:15pm.

Ballet is a wonderful way to improve strength, posture, balance and flexibility while keeping the mind active through movement, memory, coordination and musicality. It also offers a chance to switch off from everyday stresses, focus on yourself and enjoy the calming, uplifting benefits of dance.
