The Mill School of Performance

All courses are delivered over a minimum of 24 hours per week and are 70% practical and 30% academic. At The Mill, we are all about training the next generation of performance artists, providing the skills required to create a successful and sustainable career in the Performing Arts Industry. Together with our industry links, we provide diverse and dynamic training in professional Acting and Dance

. Our 'down to earth' approach to professional performance training means that through hard graft, anyone can have the chance to succeed in this exciting business and we can show you how.

We know that having your own, strong identity as a performer is of great importance within the Performing Arts industry, so we work hard to help our students develop and define their 'sense of self'. Together with our focus on physical and mental health wellbeing, we provide our students with the tools and possibility to have a full and long career in the Performing Arts.
