Even though The Wizard Walk is PACKED with dad jokes, we have no tours scheduled on Father's Day this Sunday

Did they vanish? No! Our wizard guides are dads, so it's a family day off for this crew of conjurors.

Happy National Fudge Day!

We always recommend Fudge Kitchen, for a true taste of MAGIC 😋

Made to a traditional recipe in big copper pans, visitors can call in for a free sample and even see the fudge being made. Not an Oompa Loompa in sight!

On my last visit I had a trio of treats (three is, after all, the magic number!) First up, Butterscotch. Like a creamy Butterbeer but less sickly, it gets a thumbs up from this sweet-toothed wizard…and I can see why it’s a best seller. Smooth as butter, and melts in the mouth.

Next, the Lemon Cheesecake. A fresh zing of lemon with a rich cheesecake twist and chunks of biscuit base. Did it a-peel? Absolutely!

The Raspberry and White Chocolate is pinker than a flamingo with sunburn and bursting with fruit flavour. Smooth white chocolate to finish. Berry nice!

Other flavours that caught my eye include Dark Chocolate and Sea Salt, Clotted Cream and Chocolate Orange. I’ve had the Maple and Walnut too, and was nuts about that one.

This is a far cry from your pre-packed souvenir shop fudge, this clearly tastes handcrafted. It’s smooth, creamy and oh-so-moreish.

It also keeps well, it should last a few weeks at room temperature or you can freeze it for up to six months…if you can resist gobbling it all up!
