I seriously have not been able to get this show out of my head all morning... 🙈

​Watching The Polygamist on Netflix really made me stop and reflect on just how much emotional weight we carry behind closed doors. Whether you agree with the dynamics on screen or not, it exposes something so real about human nature.

​Honestly? I feel like so many of us are just following a script. We say what we think we are supposed to want in relationships because we are afraid of the judgment that comes with admitting what we actually need. We end up dimming our own light just to fit into a box.

​I want to know your take on this, do you think we are ever truly honest about what we want... or are we all just playing a part to keep up appearances?
