One of our actor/ directors Elian Beaumont is looking for an actor for his new film!

CASTING CALL - SHORT FILM - UNPAID - LEEDS

“Belonging” is a short psychological horror film about a widow’s grief, the grasp it has on her and how far she will go to be with her partner again.

I am looking for a female actress, age between 20-40 with dark hair, for two nights shooting in Leeds. Filming between late September to November, specific dates depending on actors availability.

This is an unpaid role, however food and drink expenses will be covered on both shooting days.

Please take a moment to watch this amazing short film 'Bride' made by Leeds based student film maker Elian Beaumont.
Elian wrote, directed, and edited the film, and shot it in one continuous take.
One of the stars of 'Bride' is Szymon Bartoszek who alongside Elian was one of the actors on our 'Postcards from the Ages' production.

Huge thanks to everyone who came to our 'Lotus Blue' Showcase at Seven Arts Leeds supported by Papatango Theatre Company. Thanks to all those who travelled many miles to get there, to those who stayed and gave us feedback at the Q&A afterwards and of course to the dedicated cast, director, writer and production team who worked tirelessly to bring Lotus Blue to life.
Now we need to take all the feedback on board and develop the show further - so watch this space!

Our latest production 'Lotus Blue' is next Thursday, December 8th, 7.30 at Seven Arts Leeds. This is a showcase of our exciting new play and is supported by Olivier Award winning Papatango Theatre Company.

'Lotus Blue' is a dark, intense, thriller - think 'Sleuth' meets Silence of the Lambs'...
