Hi all, there is Biodanza happening on Sunday 30th August that myself and Diana are offering.
Why Biodanza and how relevant is it to me, is one of my thoughts as I try and make Biodanza classes combine with people’s real-world experiences. Meet people where they are!
Biodanza for me has transformed my relation with everything around me to make me more grounded, peaceful and strong.
Biodanza is about movement, music and emotion and combining this all in our bodies and incorporating our sense of soul to combine them together – and this for me is a significant part of the answer to a harmonious nervous system.
Sunday 30th August is going to be about the joy of living, moving and dancing to some fantastic world music in this body that we are in, and to fulfil our potentials in life is also why Biodanza was created.
So come as you are, no steps to learn, just an honouring of yourself in your perfectly imperfectness – and that’s all of us.
