A few photos from a brilliant weekend at Ramsey 1940's Camp for their Ramsey 1940s Weekend , We do love Ramsey and it was great to enjoy it with our friends from A2 Jive and Essentially Forties Promenades , There was a good mix of entertainment throughout the weekend from Beau Norton “Debonair Extraordinaire” Vintage Vocalist , The Starlight Sisters , Kyle Evans As George Formby , Bud Flanagan , Alan Jackson - Vintage Singer , Fiona Harrison - A Voice in a Million and Tom Carradine , Then Saturday night we were off to the drill hall to dance the night away to the fabulous Umbrella Big Band

Just back from our first visit to the Salute to the 40s Weekend at International Bomber Command Centre , It's a fabulous , well supported event with plenty to see along with great entertainment , Kalamazoo Dance Band with Kal Vaikla kept the dancefloor busy for Saturday night's black tie ball while Johnny Victory - Vintage Singer and Entertainer entertained at the Friday night BBQ and throughout the day on Saturday , nice to catch up with Kyle Evans As George Formby who popped by on a rare day off , We thoroughly enjoyed the weekend and It's already on the calendar for next year!

On Tuesday two of our group visited the Milestones Museum in Basingstoke , The museum offers an engaging experience with its immersive exhibits and nostalgic atmosphere
