All our sessions are trauma informed and grounded in cutting edge neuroscience, psychology and therapeutic practice. Children develop self-awareness and the life skills that matter most - confidence, communication and collaboration. Our mission is simple - transform children’s lives through creative expression and emotional wellbeing, so they can thrive in a world the education system is not preparing them for.
