Happy New Year 🥰
I would just like to thank everyone for their support in 2025 and to confirm that whilst I have gone quiet on social media I am still slowly (snail pace) working away in the background on pieces. I have also been training to be a teacher, a goal that I have thought about for years and has proved to be a good decision so far! (Take a look at the work the students did… last pic) ⭐️ 2026 will look very different! My work since art school has moved away from just textile design to more expressive work: drawing and painting, fine art textiles and illustration so I am hoping to properly revamp my website and business to reflect this. In the meantime I have shut my website shop and moved over to Etsy again so feel free to have a browse at stock. Commissions are open for now but will shut from January 30th till mid July to allow for study time & exhibition prep! I won’t be sharing too much work on here because I want things to be fresh for the 2026 summer exhibition

Just a little post to say I will be joining Falkirk Artists as part of Open Studios Falkirk, based at D2 alongside ⭐️
The open studios event involves: 14 Artists & Creatives at 7 local venues.
We are launching the event at D2 The Creative Centre in Larbert.
Friday, 6th June, from 7-9pm. Pop along for a visit ⭐️

Participating Artists welcome you into their studios over two weekends -
Sat 7th & Sun 8th June.
Sat 14th & Sun 15th June.

I’ll be there 10-5 Saturdays & 10-2 (hopefully later on Sundays)

There will be demonstrations and work in progress to view so pop along ⭐️
