We’re Hiring – Hospitality/soft playTeam Member ☕🍰
We’re looking for a friendly, enthusiastic Team Member to join our café and soft play team.
About the role:
● Deliver excellent customer service with a warm, welcoming approach.
● Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks.
● Serve food and keep the café clean, tidy, and well presented.
● Support the soft play area by helping families, keeping the space safe and tidy, and ensuring a great experience for children and parents.
● Work as part of a busy team to help every customer have a great visit.
What we’re looking for:
● Previous customer service and hospitality experience is required.
● A positive, reliable, hardworking attitude.
● A proactive, can-do approach and the confidence to take initiative.
● Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
● Excellent communication skills and a passion for outstanding service.
● A friendly manner when working with children and families in the café and soft play areas.
● Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and school holidays when needed.
● Social media knowledge ideal
