MUSITOTS

MUSITOTS is a preschool group introducing parents, carers and their children to live music!

Each MUSITOTS session focuses on fun music-making and live accompaniment with activities including action and movement songs, lycra/parachute activities, rhythm development and use of percussion instruments. All sessions are led by Rachel - musician, vocalist and fully qualified primary school teacher. We meet:

Tuesdays during term time at The Salvation Army Gateshead Community Church, Tennyson C

ourt, Sunderland Rd, Gateshead NE8 3EY.
9.45 - 10.25am
10.45 - 11.25am

Fridays during term time at Lanchester Community Centre, Newbiggin Lane, Lanchester, Co. Durham, DH7 0NT.
9.45 - 10.25am
10.45 - 11.25am

All children aged under 5 are welcome, along with their parents/carers. Booking essential, on a pay as you go basis or you can book for as many weeks at a time as you like. Please see:

Hello everyone!

Hope you're all well and enjoying this weather! ☀️ Excitement levels have been HIGH in our house this week as it was Noah's 4th birthday! He had a great day and kept saying, "I can't BELIEVE I'm four!!" 😂❤️ I can't either. Where does the time go?! Thought you'd like to see a few photos of the happy birthday boy, I love the one of him with his favourite present - practising for when he's a firefighter when he grows up! ❤️

I'm looking forward to singing with you all tomorrow 🎉

Unfortunately I'm totally full of cold 🤧 so have made the sad decision to cancel Musitots tomorrow.

Thanks everyone for two totally joyful Musitots sessions this morning! ❤️

A highlight for me was hearing how two of our lovely Musitots families bumped into each other last week IN MAJORCA!!! 🤯🤯 I absolutely LOVE that the girls recognised each other and they had a photo taken together to prove it happened! 😂 One of the most special parts of my job is seeing these little friendships form and develop week by week, it's amazing 🥰

Thank you everyone for two great sessions yesterday - a great way to kick off the last block of our summer term. The little ones were in fine fettle and I got that super happy buzz that I get from a lively, joyful Musitots class - I hope you did too! 🎉

Hello everyone! 👋🏼

Just a quick reminder that as it's half term there is no Musitots this morning. Back next Friday!

Hope you're all having a lovely half term, managing in the heat and enjoying the sunshine! We had a great time at my brother's wedding in Edinburgh at the weekend. Thought I'd share a couple of photos of my boys...they've never been so smart in their lives! 😆❤️

I just wanted to pop on and say a huge THANK YOU for all your bookings for next half term. I'm delighted by how quickly the classes are selling out and overwhelmed by all the lovely things so many of you have said to me about Musitots recently. How lucky and grateful I am to have such a happy, uplifting job! I'm so thankful that you continue to support my little business 🥰❤️

🥳🎉 IT'S MY BIRTHDAY!

Thanks for all the birthday love at Musitots on Friday, especially to Elodie for requesting we all sing happy birthday to me! ❤️

We've had a happy, sunny day at Alnwick castle today. The boys loved trying out the broomsticks - Jonny looks like a pro but Noah might need a bit more practise! 😝
