B***y Business 🍑 a workshop dedicated to all things twerk 💫 this class is for anyone with a bit of attitude who likes to shake ass 🍑🍑🍑 There will be no poles involved and we will be standing as well as doing floor work so there is no need for heels in this class

Our taster sessions give you a chance to try a class COMPLETELY FREE - if you've been thinking about it, if you don't know where to start, if you've been waiting for the perfect excuse to just give it a go!

Learn Acro skills at Ember Studios 🔥 Build your strength, technique and skills from the ground up with our NEW Acro & Floorwork classes on Thursdays and learn what amazing things your body can do!

🌞 Open to ALL, no previous experience needed

🌞 These sessions will look at the building blocks you need for solid handstands, cartwheels, bridges, headstands and floor shapes

🌞 Explore various drills and techniques to improve wrist and shoulder stability and progress in your strength 🤸
