Gorgeous wooden mirrors by Peter Alston, we’ve had a few new in the shop over the weekend.

Pop down and see the variety of woods Peter uses and the interesting and unique grains in the wood. This particular live edge handcrafted wall mirror has a natural burr grain giving it a lovely unique character and is made from Lakeland Yew.

We have some amazing new fragrances by Little Candle Co_rachel, here’s a little behind the scenes video of what actually goes into a burn test for a new fragrance.

This is a little behind the scenes snapshot of the work that goes into making a ceramic bird feeder by MRCeramic.

Firstly it’s thrown on the wheel, then carefully altered by hand while the clay is still workable.

Marie’s lovely products highlight the wonderful slow craft of working with mother nature’s raw materials, all available here in Proper Lovely.
