The lights are on, the backdrop is ready, everything is perfectly set in place & our fully booked 2026 photoshoots have begun! We can’t wait to see everyone shine with their aerial talent and capture some amazing shots of our incredible NH students! 📸

➡️➡️ Please remember that due to our photoshoot there will be NO weekly classes this week! Our next term will start the week commencing Monday 7th September!

📸👉 Photoshoot Hints & Tips
- Please arrive 5 mins early & wait outside until one of the NH team come to the door
- Come to your Photoshoot as ready a possible
- Please ensure hair is neat & tidy (long hair must be tied back)
- No black clothing to be worn as we use a black backdrop (please also make sure if you’re not wearing a leotard, that your top can be tucked in & stay in while being upside down)
- Don’t forget to smile!

📸 If you’re renting a costume / doing the elevate package, we will have it ready for you to get changed into when you arrive. Please do arrive in skin coloured tights (if needed under your costume) & correct underwear (skin-coloured & discreet)

📸 If you’ve not chosen to hire a costume but would like to when you arrive, this is also an option. Please just ask one of the NH team at the start of your Photoshoot, although it does save time during your Photoshoot if we know in advance so we can have your costume in the correct size ready for you!

📸 If possible please bring a list of aerial moves to perform! (A list of 5-6 moves on each piece of equipment)

NH Summer 2026 ☀️🎪🥳

Wow what a fun-filled summer we’ve had at Northern Heights!!!

• 4x 3-day summer camps
• 2x 2-day show camps
• 7x workshop days
• Birthday parties
• Private lessons
• Aerial performances
• 5 weeks of adult aerial drop-in classes
• Aerial Yoga TT course completed by Hannah & Tash
• Lots of studio sorting
• New term planning & new classes added
…and even a team day trip to Dublin! 🍀

Phew! We really have been non-stop, but we’ve enjoyed every minute! We’ve met so many new flyers, seen lots of familiar faces at NH & have had a summer full of upside down fun & laughter!! 🎪🎉

A huge thank you to our fabulous NH dream team for their hard-work and enthusiasm as always!! Thank you to our team of NH assistants, our workshops & camps couldn’t run without you all and you’re a huge inspiration to the kids! Another thank you to our team of new NH assistants who have all completed their camp work experience days over the summer, it’s been wonderful to see your confidence grow & teaching skills develop, excited for the future 🤸‍♀️💙

Thank you so much to everyone who has come along to our summer workshop, camps, adults classes & private lessons! Our October camp will be available to book soon! 🙏

We had so much fun last week at Gilling Reane Care Home to celebrate their circus event! 🎪

We performed some aerial hoop & silks routines, followed by a meet and greet with all the residents! A huge thank you to Gilling Reane Care Home for having us and we hope to come back soon! 💙

🎪 Acro & Aerial Workshop Day! 🎪

We’ve had a day filled with aerial hoop, aerial silks, acro, contortion and lots of flips & tricks!! ✨

It’s been a jam-packed day, the children have all worked so hard, their determination & enthusiasm has been non-stop! So many new skills have been learnt, both on the floor and in the air! We are so proud of you all👏🏼

A huge shoutout to Rhianna (our former NH student who is going into the final year of her Dance & Aerial Degree at Italia Conti) for coming in to deliver another inspiring Acro & Aerial workshop for our students! They really do look up to you and loved every second of today! Thank you 💙 We will be putting on another workshop day like this soon, keep your eyes peeled! 👀

There’s not been much time the right way up today (or all summer actually) but life definitely is better upside down!! 🤸‍♀️🙃🎪

SHOW CAMP 2 ✅

What an amazing 2 days we have had at our show camp ending with an incredible performance to show all the parents what we have been learning! 🤸‍♀️

The performance included aerial hammocks, aerial hoops, acro and lots of circus skills! We are so proud of everyone for their hard work and commitment over the past 2 days and we hope all the parents enjoyed the performance! 💙

We are so excited for our Aerial & Acro Day tomorrow! Please arrive at the studio at 9am! 🎪

📸IT’S NEARLY 1 WEEK UNTIL OUR PHOTOSHOOT 📸

Our NH photoshoots are back this year and are already filling up fast! This is the perfect opportunity to capture some memories whilst having lots of fun hanging upside-down! The photoshoots offer a very relaxed atmosphere allowing each student to enjoy every minute and leave with a smile on their face! We have a couple of spaces left so please just drop us an email!

BUNGEE WORKSHOP ✅

We had so much fun today flipping, spinning and swing at our aerial bungee workshop! A huge well done to everyone who came along, we hope you had as much fun as we did! 🤸‍♀️
