Can the smokers who use the studio kindly dispose of your cigarette ends by putting them fully out and putting them in the bin or take them with you please? We share this area with other people.

If you use the bin, please make sure they're completely extinguished.

I've had some bands recently not paying for their rehearsal on the day like they're supposed to and instead I'm having to chase them up days later for payment. I'm sorry but it can't continue. You don't get to go into a shop, take what you want and pay for it days or weeks later.

We are no different. It's also making it extremely difficult to keep track of things. I genuinely don't have the time to chase it up. We are so cheap because we're non profit but we rely on the rehearsal money to cover the costs.
From now on, payment for your rehearsal must be paid on the day of the rehearsal.
