🌟Meet the Maker🌟

Meet the lovely Jo from Jojo's Jewellery. She makes the most beautiful things, perfect gifts or treats for yourself. From gorgeous felt work to amazing art. What would we do without her at Dragon Crafts, she helps run the place as part of the craft management team.


“As long as I can remember I‘ve always been involved with some sort of art or craft. Whether it be sugar craft, painting, card making, pyrography, decoupage, or making jewellery.
In 1993 I completed my botanical arts degree and awarded a diploma in botanical illustration and painting. Following this I’ve had my work appear in the SBA Artist & Illustrators Magazine. 1998 I found the art of pyrography (burning on wood), of which I sold at the Dedham Vale Art & Craft Centre. Also, at various craft markets throughout Essex/Suffolk and Norfolk.
On moving to Wales – I sold my work at a local craft centre also at the monthly Brecon Craft Fair. When I reached retirement in 2019, I found that lugging my wooden gifts around too much to cope with so I gave up the craft fair in Brecon.
This is when I found a new craft of making jewellery with polymer clay (thanks to YouTube). I am enjoying this new craft so much (I just can’t put it down). I love using all the bright colours of clay and mixing the clays in such a way that makes every piece unique. All of which are made with love and care for you to enjoy.
I sell my jewellery at local craft fairs and various outlets throughout West Wales. I hope you enjoy wearing them as much as I have enjoyed making them.”
