New classes🎉
I have some very exciting news for my next few blocks of classes. I am working with Kirkcudbright Girlguiding who have sought funding to offer creative art sessions to anyone who may wish to attend. Due to their generosity and hard work fund raising to support our community I am able to offer the the following sessions free of charge:
Sunday 20th September
Sunday 4th, 11th and 18th October
Sunday 15th and 22nd November
Sunday 20th December (Christmas special )
These sessions will all take place at Kirkcudbright Galleries from 2-3pm and will cover a wide range of art techniques from drawing and painting through to model making. They are open to, and suitable for everyone. Both children and adults alike are welcome so Peerie artists please encourage your grown ups to come along! Our first session will explore watercolour techniques. Please message me to book a space or if you have any questions.

I am running two free gelli printmaking sessions in collaboration with Kirkcudbright Dark Space Planetarium in August. These will explore the science of colour and botanical studies. Each session is two hours long and suitable for ages 10 and up. They are happening on Wednesday 5th and Sunday the 9th August from 2-4pm at Kirkcudbright Galleries. These sessions are free but spaces are limited so please book through the Planetarium website. All materials will be provided. This is a fun, messy process so old clothes are a must!
