We hope you are well. We have no word at the moment about Kircubbin Ju-Jitsu starting back yet but Carrowdore Ju-Jitsu Club is back running on a Monday night. Anyone is more than welcome to come to this club in the meantime.

Ok folk going to do some exercises tonight and Friday at 7 via Zoom
Approximately 30 mins doing exercises for 30 seconds a set and you do what you can
Parents of juniors can join in
Let me know if your interested
If you have dumbbells, exercise band, medicine ball, weight etc would be good
