Hey guys! What a beautiful friday. What are you plans for this weekend? I think I’ll be painting, painting, painting🎨 It’s finally starting to feel like summer is on the horizon and I cannot wait. I am dreaming of picnics and sunbathing. I actually think I was born to live in a hot country, I just can’t get enough of the beautiful sun. Everything seems to come alive. Hopefully it won’t be long until we can all jet off somewhere tropical!🌴

🌼S P R I N G V I B E S🌼
The nights are getting brighter and the days are getting warmer, what more could you want? P.S now that it’s spring the dandelions are coming out. We’ve been conditioned to view these lovely flowers as a negative thing when actually they’re quite the opposite. Dandelions are fantastic food for bees and one of their first available food sources in the spring. They are also fantastic for humans, they have many health benefits all the way from the flower to the roots. So think twice before chopping away these amazing little flowers!

☀️H A P P Y F R I D A Y☀️
I really don’t know where this week has gone! To add to that we’re almost a quarter of the way through the year, how time flies. It just shows how you should appreciate every little moment. I remember when I first woke up this morning I thought of two things I was grateful for, it made me happy. I can’t remember what they were now as I was still partially in dreamland but I’m sure I have many more things to be grateful for. Remember happiness is not a goal, happiness is now. Don’t wait until you get that new car, new job or new house. Be here now, be present. I promise you’ll enjoy your life a lot more. Peace and love, Cosmic Soul x

💧W A T E R Y O’ P L A N T S💧
Kind reminder to water your plants! Spring is here now so your plant babies are gonna need a lil bit of extra love and attention. I know mine certainly do. Unfortunately one of my new plants died the other day😔 I don’t think it was great when I bought it to be honest. However on a more positive note at least I get to buy another one🥰 Today has been one of those days for me where I just wanna do nothing. Eventually I plucked up the energy to do some work to find out I’ve lost hours of work I’ve done! I suppose it’s just one of those things, you live and you learn. I actually think it *may* have worked out for the better. I’m always looking for that silver lining, makes life much more enjoyable. It has been a beautiful day, I hope you’ve all enjoyed it so far☀️

🐥H A P P Y S P R I N G🐥
Spring has arrived! Is anyone else over the ‘moon’ it’s here now. I absolutely love it, it feels like a weight is lifted from my shoulders. Spring feels more like the new year to me, a time for fresh starts. It’s weird I like to de-clutter and clean during spring, must be a reason it’s called spring cleaning. I just love seeing the flowers and the sunshine coming out. I can’t wait for picnics out in the sun. Fresh air and sunshine is one of nature’s best medicines. I hope you’ve all had a lovely weekend🌞

It’s time to grow and glow! 2021 is the year for more growing and glowing. Hopefully this year we can have more adventures, love and laughter. It’s time we had a positive outlook on the future. Yes, I’m sure many challenges may lay ahead but that is just a part of the journey. Challenges are what we make them, you can view them in a positive or negative light. How you deal with them is your responsibility, not anyone else’s. I have many many plans for this year and it’s so easy to get wrapped up in the future. However, you must remember to live in the PRESENT. The present is a present after all 🎁

H E A L & G R O W

So it’s finally arrived, my new design! I absolutely love it and there are more to come. Heal and grow. This is something which I feel defines life. Especially the last year of my life. There will always be things in life that hurt you, upset you and change you. It’s up to you whether you want to heal. I’m not saying healing is easy, it can take a long time but without healing yourself you cannot grow. You can get stuck with same old bad situations and think, why is this happening to me? Perhaps because you haven’t learnt from it and healed yourself. I’m not talking about a physical healing, I’m talking about mentally. It’s 2021 one, time to HEAL and GROW!🖤
