Our pole dancing and burlesque classes are for ladies (over 16) all shapes, sizes and levels of fitness. The Kilmarnock, Ayrshire, based classes provide a fun, alternate way to keep fit, shape up and lose weight. The classes are taught in a way that enables you to build your confidence and boost your self-esteem, helping you to feel empowered in your everyday life. All theses benefits rolled in to

From the first step on stage to the final bow, our students and instructors poured their hearts into every movement. The dedication, courage, and creativity on display were truly inspiring. What stood out most was the confidence. Watching it grow, shine, and take center stage was incredibly moving.
