‘White horse’ is my newest print inspired by the hills of Kilburn in North Yorkshire where the white horse carved into the hill is a local landmark.
I had so much fun making this print and experimenting with different techniques and mark making. This is the smallest print I have made, and it is printed on hand pressed paper that I couldn’t resist buying on a trip to Paperesque in York.
I’m hoping to get some more printing done since the weather has cooled off a bit. The heat seems to melt my inks and make them all tacky! 😅
