Everyone's favourites, Over The Moon-Acoustic Roots Duo continue to impress on their latest visit to these shores, as each new morning, fresh praise appears in the form of ecstatic emails and messages that convey it was yet another great experience.
Grateful to our good friend. Keith Belcher a music fan with a level of enthusiasm I wish we could clone, who took these shots of Craig and Suzanne playing to a nice big crowd at one of our favourite venues on the circuit, The Live Room at Saltaire, on Sunday night. . .

We've had many truly great names playing Kilbarchan Performing Arts Centre over the years, and after our next (almost sold-out) show, featuring The Often Herd this weekend, we keep the standards high by welcoming a legendary American bluesman and all-round entertainer, Guy Davis for a rare chance to enjoy a performer who ranks alongside the likes of Keb 'Mo and Taj Mahal.

We're getting close to the last quarter of 2025 and with some belters of gigs happening, it felt like we ought to be blowing our trumpet about that, before we get to kick-starting 2026 and what we'll have lined up to cause more excitement.
These, of course are all Scottish events and the artists involved all have fuller schedules at their websites (Brookfield-Knights too)
We're talking unmissable events. . .

We've had the incredible privilege of hearing a sneak preview of the material for the new Firelight Trio album when the band road-tested the tracks 'live' for us in a recent performance at Kilbarchan Performing Arts Centre. Boy, oh boy, are we all in for a very special treat!
Today, they announced the album, which has now been completed, will be released later this year and certain;ly before Christmas.
Can't wait to get my hands on a copy, which I'm sure will become a favourite for many months to come, after that eagerly-awaited first listen. . .
