I’m very happy to be a part of the Emerging Makers Wales exhibition in Cardiff . If you haven’t had a chance to see these pots over the last year and are in the Cardiff area pop down and have a look. It runs until the 28th of July. There are loads of great works from many makers across multiple disciplines of art and materials here. Some really amazing work in this exhibition, I feel really honoured to share this space.

It’s taken a full day to put my workshop back to a comfortable workable space. I’ve been dipping in and out to work on a few projects, but I’ve now managed to get on top of it and it’s time to start making in quantity again.
It’s nice to see the sun in here on drying work again.

Just a few plates and large sections for more big stuff. I’m also changing clay body soon so there are a few small test forms and test tiles about as well.

Just a few forms to be joined together for a large Christmas commission. I LOVE throwing big, and after this season of making many small gifts, these just felt so good to throw . Great walls, nice and even at the bottom and not a single bit of trouble while throwing.
I'm really looking forward to making more large scale work again in January.

Little vase. The lid was lovely and worked well with it...but I forgot to leave a hole underneath its crystal catchers and the pressure sent it flying in the kiln. Oh well. Still looks nice.
