Hi everyone. It’s been a while! How’ve you been?? Just a quick update for you. All being well The Scarecrows has now been postponed to July 2021. Don’t worry it’s still going on lol we’re not giving up on it. In the mean time we’re making the most of the down time and starting a new project inspired by a monologue written by Chloe Yarranton on an abusive relationship. During lockdown domestic abuse firgures have risen dramatically and we want to address this issue. As per usual I will keep you updated on the progress of this new project. In light of the lockdown and self isolation orders due to the Coronavirus, Zephyr Theatre Company is saddened to say that The Scarecrows has been postponed from 19-20th June to 27-28th August 2020. It’s not much longer to wait, but we were looking forward to it being sooner. Obviously it’s too risky to do in June, but it will be coming to you for sure!

Had our first rehearsal for The Scarecrows tonight. Was amazing to be honest. Lots of ideas thrown around, had a good laugh (as always). Big thank you to the cast, Jana Karban, Laura Liptrot, Laura Dovey and Frazer Watt. Can’t wait till next week

Going to be working on two plays simultaneously. Memories is still in the works, but I’m about to start a second project called Broken. I’ve decided that the main focus of Zephyr is mental health awareness. Broken is going to be a personal account of a man with mental illness, and how he’s looked down upon in society
