We couldn’t just showcase Glide at our 150 Years Showcase… we had to have a go!

Compact in design but big on play value, Glide gives children the chance to move, challenge themselves and enjoy that all-important feeling of “woooah!” as they glide along the track.

It was fantastic to see customers and our team experiencing Glide for themselves and imagining how it could work within their own play spaces.

A huge thank you to Mums on a Mission - Swindon for sharing these lovely photos of Mini-MOAMs Jacob and Sabrina enjoying a summer play date at Pembroke Gardens Play Park. ☀️

From the wheelchair-accessible in-ground trampoline and roundabout to the inclusive swings and accessible play equipment, the space has been designed to give children of all abilities the opportunity to play, explore and have fun together.

Seeing equipment being enjoyed by the community is one of the best parts of what we do!

Exciting times ahead for families in Arnold! 🎉

Work is due to begin soon on the refurbishment of Church Lane Park, creating a refreshed, modern and more inclusive play space for the local community.

With £100,000 of funding secured through FCC Communities Foundation, the new play area will provide more opportunities for children to play, explore and have fun together — including children with special educational needs and disabilities.

We’re looking forward to seeing this much-loved play area brought to life!

Some things are simply too iconic to retire!

This fantastic Wicksteed rocking horse is believed to be around 50 years old and after a full refurbishment, it’s getting a new lease of life as a garden ornament. 🐴

We love seeing the different ways people choose to preserve and enjoy our equipment, especially when it’s a piece with so much history behind it.

From playgrounds to gardens, this one is certainly going to turn a few heads! 👀

Here’s to another chapter for a true Wicksteed classic.

We recently joined Wigan Council for a community consultation to help shape plans for a brand-new play area and we wanted to make sure everyone had a chance to have their say.

We brought along “Design Your Own Playground” sheets, product imagery, price lists and Playground Designer certificates, as well as goody bags and questionnaires for both children and parents.

From drawing dream playgrounds and choosing favourite equipment to sharing what families really want from their local space, it was fantastic to get a feel for what matters most to the community. 🌳

Because the best play areas aren't designed in isolation, they're shaped by the people they're made for.

Something exciting is coming to Keynsham Memorial Park!

We’re proud to be working with Bath & North East Somerset Council and Keynsham Town Council to bring a brand-new play area to life, designed for children of all ages and abilities.

From a bespoke climbing wall and large rope swing to an inclusive carousel and new play mounds, there’ll be plenty of opportunities to climb, explore, imagine and play together.

Even better, the design has been shaped by local feedback, helping create a space the community can truly enjoy.

We can’t wait to get started!
