Join us for a month of FREE family events designed to get you outside, moving, learning, creating and having fun together.

Switch Up September is a month-long campaign encouraging children, young people, families and schools across North Northamptonshire to eat well, move more and scroll less.

Whether it's trying a healthier snack, getting active outdoors, walking more, or taking a break from screens, every positive change can make a difference.

Schools can also take part in the Switch Up September School Competition, with fantastic prizes available:

โญ Tier 1: ยฃ200 Decathlon voucher for sports equipment
โญ Tier 2: Active Families sessions in school
โญ Tier 3: University of Northampton Experience Day

There are challenges to suit different levels of participation, so every school can get involved.
