Welcome to Murder in Calico Creek, on the Bluebell Railway"Wild West Style"
Howdy y’all! Welcome to the Wild West. The year is 1862 and we find ourselves in the small town of Calico Creek, nestled in the lush Sacramento Valley in Northern California. This place was once a hive of great activity following the Gold Rush of 1849, but the determined residents now turn to the much anticipated Transatlantic Railroad to make their fortunes. Today the townsfolk have gathered for the wedding of Mary Leigh to Englishman, James, who like so many, are in search of the American dream. Amongst the other guests present at the celebrations are Joseph Stone, who is running for Calico Town Mayor; his son, Ryan; maternal widow, Sugars Wheat and strict Mom, Agnes Stone
However, the happy occasion is cruelly
interrupted by the sound of a scream and one unlucky member of the group has seen their last sunset and bites the dust. This is no accident, it looks like MURDER! This is a truly interactive experience where all participants can question the surviving suspects so the murderer can be banged to rights (with lots of laughs along the way). If you wish to blend in with our Wild West theme, you’re very welcome to come as a cowboy or girl, Sheriff, saloon gal or even in nostalgic bride or groom outfits. Have you got what it takes to be a super sleuth and catch the killer during this unforgettable evening?
Events begin and end at the historic Sheffield Park Railway Station near Uckfield TN22 3QL. Please arrive between 18.30 and 19.00. It is also important to book your taxi home in advance, for about 23.40 when the evening ends.
