Hi friends and family

Changes (and challenges) are afoot on FB, possibly having a huge effect on my ability to live stream workouts, tips and information into my pages and groups which I have worked hard to establish and grow since the beginning of the pandemic.

I need to be prepared for this change and I am looking at other platforms to help my business to continue to grow.

I currently have a YouTube channel with various workouts on, but I need 1,000 followers to be able to live stream.
