Strictly Come Dancing professionals Ian Waite and Natalie Lowe along with swimmer Mark Foster have come together to create a unique dance-fitness program. Mixing the graceful steps of Ballroom and the fast tempo steps of Latin they have created a fun, energetic and effective way to stay fit that is suitable for everyone, even those who think they can't dance!

Tonight is our final class for the time being!

I started FitSteps after Easter in 2014…. I do not know where the last 10 years have gone!

It’s time to step away for a little while, as I am bringing my own little disco ball into the world! 🤰🏽

I would LOVE to thank each and every one of you who has stepped foot through the doors at Kelvedon and shown me so much support.

EVERYONE is welcome to join tonight - we are dancing at the earlier time of 7pm at Kelvedon URC.
