I’m so passionate about DANCEsling and everything it has brought to the mums and babies that have danced with me! Every class lifts my heart!

DANCEsling is more than just a dance class!! We cram so much in every week that 1 hour just wasn’t enough!

So from September I’m adding an extra 30mins to our classes!! They will run from 1-2.30pm but will still be at a reasonable cost of £8.50 per class.

This will give us a little more time to…

• talk, laugh, cry, hug and support each other through the good and tough days of motherhood
• build confidence in babywearing
• listen and look out for each other
• build a super close bond with our little ones through babywearing
• provide a space for you to use think, challenge and use your brain differently
• sing to great tunes
• give babies time to socialise and play together
• play with glow in the dark sensory toys for the little ones
• eat healthy and yummy snacks
• work on our pelvic floor strength
• be active while your baby naps in their very favour place - You!
• boost your postpartum mental health
• build long lasting friendships

We don’t JUST dance!
You DON’T need rhythm, coordination or dance experience!
There’s NO PRESSURE to get it right!

Yes you get the benefits of exercise and dance, but there’s SO MUCH MORE.

We’re a safe and supportive space for you during your 4th trimester while you’re on maternity leave and beyond!

BOOKING IS OPEN and we have space in class!

If your baby is or will be 6-8weeks old (and you’ve had your GP check) then you can come and dance with us!!!!! DANCEsling is suitable from 6-8 weeks to preschool age!!

If you want to do a little exercise and you like to boogie with your baby around the house, then DANCEsling classes are for you!
Come and experience the joy and benefits of dance while keeping your baby close!

Each class starts with a warm up, we learn a dance routine, cool down (including a pelvic floor workout) and then we sit, chat and laugh while the babies socialise and play!

I’m an Advanced Pelvic Health Physiotherapist and Dance Teacher with over 15 years experience. And I am also a certified baby wearing peer supporter.

Wednesdays 1-2.30pm (perfect time for your little one to snuggle and nap while you move)

We’ve reached the end of an Era!

I’ve had the wonderful Jade Jade Elizabeth Ecott and Allana Kraszewska Allana dancing with me with both of their beautiful boys!!

Now Jade has sadly finished DANCEsling as she has returned to work at the end of her maternity leave.

How very special it must be to share in becoming a mum with your sister. But to do it two times is just so amazing!!! Then I’ve had the privilege of spending time with both of them and their little ones on each occasion! I count myself super lucky too!!!!

Thank you Jade for choosing to spend your Maternity leaves with me at DANCEsling! For all the fun and joy you and your little ones have brought to classes, for the love you’ve shown the other mummies and the support you’ve given means my little class!!

We will miss you!!! You’re always welcome to join us on a day off!!!! ❤️

Come and join us for a few Summer Specials during the holidays!!!

I’ll be running two Pay As You Go DANCEsling classes on 29th July and 12th August.

Then we’re going to have a summer social for DANCEsling families past and present on 22nd August! Expect a daytime family disco and indoor picnic! We’ll also have the lovely Gemma from Gemma Louise Photography | Photographer Maldon Essex running a mini Family photoshoot if you’d like to have piccies of your children!!
