Hi 👋🏼 I’m Michelle… studio owner, dance school director and qualified barre instructor.

I love to lead barre workouts and see classes feel the burn, flow through strength sets and leave feeling aligned and refreshed.

Outside of teaching I love to be out in the hills and mountain or by the sea walking and hiking with my dogs and day to day I’ll be in the gym.

Barre is a great addition to your workout regime or as a great standalone or introduction into fitness.
