A splendidly silly and successful second play day, creating cruise crew characters and making sure we’re shipshape and ready to welcome you aboard the S.S. Wait Britain, this year’s Waiting Room Theatre at Shambala Festival!

Thank you to Hester Welch for captaining the creative process, and and for getting our sea-legs to dance!

We can’t wait to set sail on this adventure with you all… but we’re going to have to!

- at Shambala Festival in 2019 we stormed parliament and deconstructed democracy with the aim of putting it back together in a better working order. There’s a general election on Thursday July 4th and today is the deadline to register to vote. Unfortunately you still can’t register to vote if you’re under 5, and you also can’t vote for Dogleg Theatre or the Waiting Room to run the country. But if you’re over 18 and haven’t yet, please make sure you’re registered to exercise your democratic rights by midnight tonight (it only takes 5 minutes):
