Once again, it’s reviews like this that remind me why I made the decision I did - to work for myself.
No dramas. No pointless demands. No dealing with ego trips, micromanagement, or someone else deciding your worth is based on their mood that day.
The freedom to choose who I work with, set my own standards, protect my peace and build something on my own terms is worth more than any pay cheque that comes with the stress and toxicity attached.
The biggest benefit of working for myself isn’t money, it’s the peace of mind that comes from not having to answer to the wrong people.
Thank you to everyone who has supported me in building my wee business. Without YOU my dream wouldn't be possible 🙏

If only all projects took this much time! 😅

After 8 hours of laser engraving, this charcuterie board has received its final sanding and a protective coat of preserve. It still needs to be finished with food-safe oil and fitted with its handles before it’s complete.
