Just picked up this wee 7" on my travels. I produced side A a few years ago but it's only just been released on vinyl. Tim Loud is very good. Very good indeed.

Felled have just released their 2 track debut single 'Breathe' + 'Teeth'. Born out of the untimely demise of The Tall Trees (one my favourite bands to record - I was very sad!), they've gone down the difficult 2-piece route and come out with this noisy as f**k powerhouse filth. I'm a fan. Check it out.

The Light Show - Plan For The Weekend (single)

The Light Show continue to trim any song fat so that every song is hooky and immediate. This is their fifth single since their return last year. It's a fun one!

Shift is a selection of recordings made between 2020-2022 at my old home in Lyttelton. Shift is somewhat of a deviation towards more ambiguous electronically propelled music, in an effort to experiment with synthesisers and improvised playing. Most of the tracks featured on this album were built from one improvised effort on some instrument or another then built up from that initial take.

Predominantly an instrumental album featuring tracks that meander through delayed melodica to more propulsive tracks like ‘We Must Journey On’. This selection of recordings hopes to take the listener on a sonic odyssey.
